A strong regional economy relies on a skilled, adaptable workforce. BGA works with government and industry to assess workforce needs, design training strategies, and evaluate education programs that improve long-term outcomes for learners and communities.

Our work includes workforce gap analyses in the water industry, planning for a water training centre in regional NSW, and the evaluation of the NSW Regional Industry-Education Partnership Program. We also assessed training outcomes for Productivity Bootcamp and Cobar’s Early Learning Precinct.
