BGA integrates advanced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial econometrics to help governments, councils, and developers make informed infrastructure and land-use decisions. Our GIS services include spatial modelling, visualisation dashboards, urban growth forecasting, and data-driven optimisation of assets and services.

Our work spans projects such as the ACT Government’s Optimised Street Sweeping Program, which used spatial modelling to maximise efficiency and environmental outcomes. We have also applied econometric landowner decision modelling in Sydney’s growth corridors to forecast parcel-level land use change, supporting proactive planning for transport, utilities, and ecosystem preservation.
